That is why we are taking action against the upcoming rent increase and are organizing information and action meetings throughout the Netherlands. More than 800,000 tenants are left with too little for essential living expenses after paying the rent. Nevertheless, landlords and the government have decided to put further pressure on the livelihood of their tenants. After the highest rent increase in 30 years in 2024, another mega rent increase will follow in 2025. Time for action! Join us and refuse the rent increase! Read here why we fight for lower rents. Please also let us know what the proposed rent increase means for you via this survey.

Take action!
The action campaign 'We refuse the rent increase' fights for security of existence and lower rents. We do this by massively refusing the annual rent increase as of 1 July using a simple step-by-step plan. Use your right. Come to the action meeting:
Sg Bosschgaard,
April 24, 7:30 PM
Mgr. van Roosmalenplein 23, Den Bosch.
Information and action meeting
During the action meeting we will discuss the practical implementation of the step-by-step plan and the refusal, how to become active in our solidarity network and what else you can do to demand lower rents. There is also room to ask questions about the action and there is enough printed material available to pick up for free and distribute locally in your neighborhood.
