We receive a lot of questions from people who participate in our action campaign. Our aim is for tenants to proactively look for answers to their questions on our website FAQ page or consult a local solidarity network to answer their request for help and thus acquire the knowledge. Knowledge that they can then share with their neighbors, friends and other action participants.
There are many standard answers available that can be referred to and requests for help can also be forwarded in local networks. There is a lot of knowledge available, but legal knowledge, knowledge of rental law and experience with our action method or willingness to learn this are a plus!
What are you going to do?
- Help answer questions from campaign participants that arrive in our mailbox.
- Supporting tenants in refusing the rent increase, implementing the step-by-step plan and actively involving them in the campaign.
- Addressing tenants' questions together with (new) local WWDH groups.
- Update Frequently Asked Questions page with the FAQ working group to share knowledge about the action method.
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced experts of our action method and our step-by-step plan.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others.
- You have a friendly writing style and can convey information clearly.
- Experience with Gmail and/or Google Workspace, or the willingness to learn this.
- Legal knowledge or knowledge about rental law, or willingness to learn this.
- Experience with our action method, or willingness to learn this.
